We offer a 30-day refund policy for our services. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refund should be processed by your bank/credited to your bank account in 4 to 5 business days from the day we send you the refund. To request a refund, please contact us at hello@sunrayagency.online with your request and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that refunds are only available for the initial purchase of our services. Renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases made after the initial purchase are not eligible for refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

We offer a 2-day cancellation policy for our services. We will cancel your service and provide a full refund, if applicable, according to our Refund Policy.

3. Exceptions

  • Domain registration fees and other third-party expenses are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be provided if the service has been materially delivered and utilized within the refund period.
  • Refunds will not be provided if the cancellation request is made after the specified cancellation period.
